1.How do you ORDER shoes? 1) Send a mail to us with the following information: * style + colour of the shoe *size of products(if have size) * Quantity you want * your CONTACT details (Name,Address,zipcode,city,country,email +tel no)
2) We will confirm your mail and we will request the total amount to be transfered to us. (ALL prices are inclusive shipping fee)
3) You can send us money via Bank(Wire Transfer) or via Western Union(is faster).
4) After receiving the amount, we will ship the package to the shipping address(customer). All the shoes are shipped from China !
5) We will send you the tracking number after we have shipped the shoes.(after 3days)
6) The package will be delivered within 7 business days (sometimes it can be delivered faster): it depends where you are located.
7) We would appreciate if you give feedback after you have received the package.
2. How can I get information after I have paid for the shoes ?
We will e-mail the tracking number of the express company to you as soon as we receive the tracking number.
3. When and how can I check on my order status?
Normaly, after 2days you can trace your package(s).
4. How do I contact you if I have a question?
We prefer to be contacted by email(see contact us) or via MSN.
5. How long will it take to receive my shoes?
It usually, on average, takes 7 business days to receive your order. Sometimes the shoes are delivered faster. Please note that business days do not include holidays or weekends.
6. Do you ship to International locations (any country other than USA and Europe)?
Yes. We currently ship to many international locations.
7. Can you reserve a shoe for me until I can pay for it?
Yes of course, the only thing you have to do is to confirm it by e-mail and we will keep them for you for 2days. However, after 2days, if we haven't received your payment, we will sell it further to someone else.
8.can we refunds or exchange?
- We DO NOT offer refunds.
- Some unexceptable reasons for exchange are: "I don't want the shoes anymore" or " I ordered the wrong size or color". "Colors of shoes are darker or lighter than shown on the picture".
- Acceptable Reasons for exchange: Wrong shoe or size sent by the factory , mistake made from our side.
- The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping charges back to us! If you do not ship it back to us for inspection, we cannot offer you an exchange.
9.how about the custom issues?
-we can guarantee clear our custom(china custom),if the pack stopped by our custom,we will resend the pack free to u.
- We are in no way responsible for your customs. If your package is held at your customs we will attempt to have it released, if not then there is nothing we can do about it and you WILL NOT be offered a refund!
- All packages must be signed for. If no one is home to receive your package, then it will be held until you are able to sign for the package.
- In some instances, there will be a customs charge applied to your package. Buyer is responsible for ALL customs charges (duty and tax) applied to your package.
